Theo Maximilian Goble

Director / Editor


Having started out as editor in the visually demanding world of promos, music videos and commercials Theo soon became a favourite with many of the leading producers at MTV, Cartoon Network Discovery Channel, National Geographic and the BBC.

His unique style, storytelling and editorial instincts later allowed him to work on a diverse array of projects. In 2001 he collaborated with director Danny Mulloy on his debut film ‘Dancefloor’, picking up a BAFTA and DM Davies award for best film. This was closely followed by the Emmy nominated Ali G in da USaii for HBO in New York, as well as editing Theo was also responsible for the design and branding of the series.

In 1996 he was part of the team responsible for re-formatting MasterChef for the BBC, putting his creative stamp down from the start the show soon moved from daytime to primetime. Now one of the most watched programmes in the UK the format has been adopted by broadcasters in Europe, Australia and the United States. This success was recognised by BAFTA with a nomination in 2009 and a BAFTA for best programme in 2010.

Theo is currently Lead Editor for all things MasterChef, he lives in London with his wife and two boys.


Dragomir Dragostinov 



With 10 years of experience in the industry, Dragomir has been working in production of most formats, from TV drama to feature films, to commercials and pop promos. He has also acquired considerable experience of observational documentary through working on Channel 4’s “Grand Designs”. Currently he works as a freelance production manager/producer on commercials but is always interested in undertaking a diverse mix of projects. Recent projects include advertising campaigns for Nike, Panasonic, Kelloggs, Heineken and Lexus.

Most memorable credits include Nike’s “Write The Future” campaign for the 2010 World Cup, directed by Alejandro González Iñárritu, “Stardust” (2007 feature, directed by Mathew Vaughn and starring Michelle Pfeifer and Robert De Niro) and the recently completed brand film for BMW Mini in collaboration with German agency and production house Avantgarde Gesellschaft für Kommunikation mbH.

Dragomir is also working on his first directorial project, which is a music video for Bad Wolf, one of the best breakthrough bands of 2010, as awarded by NME magazine.


Joe Chappell

 Editor / Cameraman


With over ten years broadcast experience editing television programmes for all the major UK channels, Joe Chappell has worked on a vast array of productions.

Away from the edit suite he has recently directed his first feature film which is now nearing the final stages of post production.

Joe is passionate about his work and takes tremendous pleasure from being part of production teams who aim to produce captivating stories for people to watch and enjoy.


  Tim Lewis



For the past five years Tim has been working as a producer, sound recordist  and editor in the documentary field, producing films for a wide range of international charities and government agencies.

His work has taken him to many difficult and challenging locations, filming semi nomadic tribal communities in the rainforests of Borneo and Sumatra, political refugees and rebels on the Thai-Burma border or following civil rights campaigners through war torn Liberia and the Congo.
